These terms govern your use of the Interview Buddy app and services.
The service
Interview Buddy provides interview practice, transcription, question recognition, resume tools, and AI-generated talking points. Features may change as we improve the service.
Your responsibility
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and adapt every suggestion to your own experience. You are responsible for the statements you make and for following the rules, confidentiality requirements, and device policies that apply to an interview, employer, school, or testing environment.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and do not share one-time codes. Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, access systems without permission, disrupt the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Paid features
Prices and included features are shown before purchase. App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s terms. Except where required by law, refunds are handled under the applicable App Store policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that transcription, question recognition, generated guidance, or network recovery will always be accurate or uninterrupted. Interview Buddy does not guarantee employment or interview outcomes.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and permanently delete your account from within the app. We may retain limited records where required by law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or maintain the service.
